Research - NHF has been carrying out research in various aspects of heart health. In 1996, NHF carried out verbal autopsy study in collaboration with World Health Organization, Geneva. From 2001, NHF joined the Inter-Heart Study Group which is aimed at determining the causes of heart attack. While in 2002, NHF embarked on Bi-annual health monitor behaviour study of Nigerians in collaboration with World Health Organization, Geneva.
