Dr. Olufemi Mobolaji-Lawal
Dr. Olufemi Mobolaji-Lawal graduate from the Collage of Medicine, University of Ibadan He had postgraduate training in pediatrics in the United Kingdom at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for Children, Westminster Children’s Hospital, London. He is the Chairman and Medical Director of Emel Hospital, Lagos. He is a Fellow West African Collage of pediatrician and Vice Chairman Executive Board of the Nigerian Heart Foundation.
Dr. Kingsley K. Akinroye
Dr Kingsley Akinroye is a Cardiovascular Health Physician Executive Director, Nigerian Heart Foundation. He is a graduate of Collage of Medicine, University of Lagos. He had Post-graduate training at the Royal Post-graduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, London and further training in Cardiovascular Epidemiology at the University of Kuopio and National Public Health Institute, Finland. He is past Vice-President, World Heart Federation, Past President, African Heart Network, Past President, African Epidemiology Association. He is a Member of the Non-Communicable Disease Committee at the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health. He serves as Temporary Advisor World Health Organization on Non-Communicable Disease.
Prof. Tola Atinmo
Prof. Tola Atinmo is a professor of Human Nutrition at the College of Medicine University of Ibadan. He graduated with a Ph.D from Cornell University, New York. He served as President of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria and the Federation of African Nutrition Societies (FANUS). He is Fellow of the Nigeria Academy of Science, and a member of the Nigerian National Nutrition Council chaired by the President Commander in Chief and he serves as the Chairman of its Technical Committee.
Prof. Akin Osibogun

Prof. Akin Osibogun is a Consultant Public Health Physician. He graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos and Postgraduate education from Columbia University, New York, and the Andrija Stampar School of Public Health, University of Zagreb, Croatia. He was a visiting Fellow, Liverpool Epidemiology Programme, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Fellow of the West African Collage of physicians He was the Chief Medical Director, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba.
Prof. Oni Idigbe
Prof. Oni Idigbe is a Medical Microbiologist by training and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow. He was the immediate past Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research Lagos. He currently works in the Institute as the Coordinator of Research Planning and Management and an Adjunct Professor of Microbiology at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University Chicago, USA.
Prof. Obehi Okojie

Prof. Obehi Okojie is a Professor of Community Medicine in the University of Benin. She is a Consultant Public Health Physician and the Coordinator of the Centre for Disease Control in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. She graduated from the Collage of Medicine, University of Lagos and is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical Collage and West African of Physicians. She was the immediate past Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) in the University of Benin and the immediate past National Chairman of the Association of Public Health Physicians in Nigeria.
Prof. Fatai Adeniyi
Director, Physical Activity/Rehabilitation
Professor Fatai Adeniyi is a Professor of Physiotherapy and Specialist Adviser/Consultant Physiotherapist at the University of Ibadan and University College Hospital, Ibadan respectively. He is an accomplished educator and researcher with research and practice interests in physical activity and health promotion especially as applicable to the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases. He is a member of many national and international professional bodies across the globe and has served on the committees of some of these bodies. He is the Director of Physical Activity and an Executive Board Member of the Nigerian Heart Foundation.
Prof Adebayo Isaac Adeyemi
Director, Scientific Affairs.
Professor Adebayo Isaac Adeyemi attended the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria (1969 – 1973) and the University of Leeds, Leeds, UK (1974 – 1978). He holds the following qualifications: BSc. (Agriculture) Hons in Agricultural Biochemistry and Nutrition, Second Class Upper Division (1972); Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition (1973) and PhD in Food Science (1978). He had his Post-Doctoral training in Cereal Technology at the Institute for Cereals, Flour and Bread, TNO, Wageningen , The Netherlands (March – June, 1980). Professor Adeyemi is a recipient of the following awards: Nigerian Cocoa Marketing Board Scholarship Award (1971-1972); UNICEF Scholarship Award (1972-1973); Federal Government of Nigeria Postgraduate Scholarship Award (1974-1978); Dutch Fellowship Award (March-June, 1980) and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) / Carnegie Corporation Senior Fellowship Award, as Visiting Professor, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada (July-November, 1993). His areas of research include Cereal Chemistry and Processing, Nutrition, Food Chemistry and Analysis, and Food Product Development. He has successfully supervised over fifteen (15) and thirteen (13) Masters and PhD students, respectively. He has over one hundred and fifty (150) publications to his credit.
Dr Oluwakemi Odukoya
Dr Oluwakemi Odukoya is an Associate Professor in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics unit of the Department of Community Health and Primary Care, College of Medicine, University of Lagos and a Honorary Consultant at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital. Her research priorities center on the development and implementation of low-cost scalable public health interventions to address the rising burden of cancers and cardiovascular diseases, against the backdrop of prevalent chronic communicable diseases like HIV in low and middle-income settings. She is particularly interested in addressing behavioural risk factors like tobacco use, physical inactivity and unhealthy eating. She has spent the past 20 years of her professional career, building her capacity as a researcher. Till date, she has successfully authored more than 75 academic publications, published in local and international peer-reviewed journals. She is currently the principal investigator on a NIH funded K-grant and serves as co-investigator on several research grants in Nigeria and internationally. She has received several competitive research awards at home and abroad including the NIH Global Emerging Research Leader Award; the Fogarty-Harvard-Boston-Northwestern-New Mexico Global Health Research Award; International Society Of Behavioural Medicine Early Career Award for promising global early career investigators and the Deans Award Of Recognition In Grantsmanship. She is a Fellow of the faculty of public health, National Post Graduate Medical College and holds an adjunct faculty position at the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine, University of Utah School Of Medicine, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Prof. Benjamin Uzochukwu

Prof. Benjamin Uzochukwu is a Public Health Physician at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Enugu and Professor of Public Health, Health Policy and Systems, University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he was the founding Director of the Institute of Public Health. He has acted as policy adviser and consultant to Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health, ECOWAS and WAHO in various areas of the health systems. His area of work includes Health policy and systems research and analysis, implementation research, getting research evidence into policy and practice, Health Technology Assessment, and realist evaluation of health programmes. He is a foundation and executive member of the Association of Schools of Public in Africa, former board member, Health System Global and currently the National Chairman Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria, Director, Grants and Research, West African College of Physicians, Chairman Faculty of Community Health, West African College of Physicians and Member, Ministerial Expert Advisory Committee on COVID-19 Health Sector Response in Nigeria.
Mrs. Maria Taiwo Lambo MCArb
Mrs Maria Taiwo Lambo is the Managing Partner of T. M Tokunboh & Associates. Mrs Lambo attended Holy Child College Ikoyi, Lagos and St Teresa College Ibadan for her Higher school education. She completed her Degree in Law, L. L. B. at University of Lagos, Akoka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She has since attended numerous Law training programs and conferences both in Nigeria and outside the country. Mrs Lambo also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Philosophy from the University of Lagos. Mrs Lambo started off her career at Tate and Lyle Nig. Ltd, she has also worked at Mahogany Building Society Limited, Citi Trust Merchant Bank Limited and Swift Travels Limited in various Managerial positions. She is a member of the International Association of Prosecutors and also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch. Mrs Lambo served Lagos State Government as a State Counsel, Senior State Counsel and Principal State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice till 2016. She has also worked in various Law firms and she is presently in private practice. Mrs Lambo successfully completed the DRPi ( Dispute Resolution Project International Ltd) Executive Mediation Training in 2008. Mrs Lambo was a Prosecutor for ten years still she is an ardent believer in dispute resolution processes as alternatives to having a court decide the dispute. Conferred with Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2020. Mrs Lambo is the Legal Adviser to Nigerian Heart Foundation and also the Executive(Legal) of Exercise is Medicine.
Mr. Dele Adetiba
Dele Adetiba was a foremost Nigerian Sports Commentator, a veteran broadcaster and an Advertising professional with over 35 years experience in the media. He started his professional journey in Broadcasting as a Sports Commentator on Radio Nigeria and on NBC Television. In a short while he became the nation’s main voice on sports, transmitting live commentaries from various venues within and outside the country. Dele later joined Lintas Limited which was the oldest and the biggest Advertising Agency in the country at the time. In Lintas he grew within the system from being a Client Service Manager to become the Chief Executive designing communication ideas for blue chip companies in the country and outside. He held prominent positions in the Advertising Agencies Association of Nigeria. (AAAN) He is a Fellow of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), and was a member of the governing Council for a number of years. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Lagos for some 35 years. And a member of Ikoyi Club for almost 45 years. He was a two-term Chairman of Ikoyi Club.
